What Was the Wheelchair Ramp Project?
ECOS was put in contact with a handicapped Columbus woman who is in need of a wheelchair ramp in order to safely and independently gain entry and exit to her home, located on the Northeast side of Columbus, OH. This woman was identified with the help of contacts in the OSU Medical Center. ECOS drew up and got a design approved that was in accordance with Columbus city code. A crew of students and professors was assembled for the construction of the ramp.Wheelchair Ramp Design
