Prerequisites:
EE 331, and prereq or concur EE 321 or EE 323

Grading:

Homework 30%
Pop Quizes 10%
Midterm Exam 30%
Final Exam 30%

Homework:
Homework will be due in one week, preferably fridays. Solutions will be discussed in the lecture (time permiting) after the homework is collected. Also, solutions will be posted on the web (site to be announced later). Late homework will be accepted up to two weeks after the class in which it is due or up to the last day of classes whichever is earlier. Homework will count 20% of your final grade. Penalty will be 33% for each week late. Penalty for one week late takes effect immediately following class in which it is due. After two weeks NO credit will be given.

Pop Quizes:
I cannot stress strongly enough the importance of keeping up with the reading. There will be periodic pop quizes on the current material to act as an incentive to keep up with the reading assignments.

Examinations:
There will be a midterm exam and a final exam. They will count 30% each of your final grade. No ``cheat sheets'' are allowed for any of the examinations.

Final Exam: Wednesday June 12 11:30 - 1:18 PM.
