Below is a list of sample .tex files which you can download and use as
a starting point for your LaTeX2e documents. In some cases, I have
also included PDF versions of the output from LaTeXing the sample.
Select the PDF icon to the right of the a particular sample to view
the PDF version of the sample. Free PDF readers (Acroread) for most
platforms are available from Adobe.
(If you wish to make printouts from the PDF files, I'd suggest turning
on the 'Download Fonts Once' PostScript option on the 'Print' dialog
box - otherwise, the PostScript files Acrobat generates are quite
large!)
Note: If you plan on using these under Windows 95 using
MikTeX, the
shareware program
WinZip has builtin
support for gzipped tar files.
